BMAX IS A COMPLETE FULL BODY FITNESS PROGRAM THAT DELIVERS THE FIVE CRITICAL HEALTH COMPONENTS OF PHYSICAL FITNESS IN EVERY WORKOUT:

  1. CARDIO HEALTH

  2. FLEXIBILITY

  3. MUSCULAR STRENGTH

  4. MUSCULAR ENDURANCE

  5. BODY COMPOSITION


Every BMAX workout starts with a three-minute dynamic warm up and is followed by the body of 18 exercises. You will perform each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by a recovery period of 30 seconds between each exercise. Finally, you will end your workout with a five-minute signature Core Chiseler. In this final phase, you will perform each core centric movement for 50 seconds with a 10 second recovery period between each exercise.

Due to Andy’s training principle, Maximum Activation, you will only need to work out  for 29 minutes, real-time every other day to achieve amazing results!
